Who we are
TitanSpec Consulting is a Microsoft 365 consulting practice based in Sydney, Australia. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit titanspec.com or get in touch, and what we do with it.
What we collect
There are two sources of information:
- What you give us via the contact form: your email address, a subject, and your message.
- Basic technical data from the visit: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referrer. This is collected by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and used for security and performance only.
We do not run third-party advertising trackers or session-recording tools on this site.
How we use it
Contact form submissions are used to reply to your enquiry. If we go on to work together, contact details are retained as part of the engagement record. We do not sell or share your information with marketers.
Who we share it with
We rely on a small number of third-party services to run the site and respond to enquiries:
- Cloudflare delivers the site's static files from its edge network and applies basic security protection. Edge logs (IP, request path, timing) are retained briefly by Cloudflare for abuse prevention under their data protection terms; we do not have visibility of individual visitor behaviour.
- Web3Forms processes contact form submissions and forwards them to our inbox.
When a paid engagement starts we agree any additional data handling (for example, accessing your Microsoft 365 tenant) in writing beforehand.
Access, correction, and deletion
If you would like us to confirm what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, send a note via the contact page and we will deal with it within a reasonable timeframe. This is a commitment from us, not a regulatory entitlement - the Australian Privacy Principles apply to organisations meeting certain thresholds, and we operate this site on the same terms regardless.
Updates to this policy
We update this page if our data handling changes. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
